Silicon Valley Agile & Scrum Meetup
|
This user group is an extension of the LA Agile & Scrum User Group. We have a number of online events that people up north may be interested in. When the group gets big enough we can hold in person meetings up in SV. We are lucky enough to have certified scrum coaches and trainers answering questions on our board. We also play with concepts related to social-networking facilitated project management to reduce project costs. I will be running free simulations of how to run Scrum with a distributed team soon if anyone is interested. We will also probably have some special training events. Most people have a hard time running scrum even if they are certified because we forget 60% of what we learn in a class the next day. Having a group with live meetings and online meetings can help you remember rules and guidelines and help the whole team move faster.
