Topic 1: Milestone Retrospectives

While small retrospectives are simple to run, milestone retrospectives need more planning both to discover information and create action plans, etc.  This interactive session will demonstrate some of the activities used to run a milestone retrospective.

Test Manager from technical testing to user testing, in dozens of application areas for organizatiosn such as ANZ, Telstra, NAB, Medibank, Defence Signals Directorate, RAAF, Army, various government departments. Test Architect across strategy, process, tools, automation.

Topic 2: Agile Australia '09

On 15-16 October Sydney hosted the Agile Australia ’09 conference. Mark will talk about some of the topics from the conference including Inter-Sprint Breaks, Performance Management and Product Management.

    slow to start but I like the overall presentation
